TELEGRAPH YOUNG ENTERPRISE COMPETITION
The Young Enterprise New Media Award 2012
supported by The Daily Telegraph, regional judge Karen Pawlowska from Take One TV.
This year Young Enterprise has teamed up once again with Telegraph Media Group (TMG) to offer an exciting award as part of the Young Enterprise Company Programme Competition 2012.
TMG publishes Telegraph.co.uk, The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph. Digital operations are at the heart of all TMG activity, providing customers with news and content in a wide variety of formats accessible to all – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Telegraph.co.uk is one of the UK’s fastest growing newspaper websites.
A Regional Young Enterprise New Media Award will be presented to the company at each Regional final that has made the best use of new media to create an audio/video advert for their product or service. Regional New Media Award winners will be selected and presented at each regional final.
The Regional New Media Award winners’ entries will be submitted to the Daily Telegraph and gain national profile on the telegraph.co.uk website. They will then be judged by the Telegraph Media Group to decide the overall winner of the UK New Media Award 2012.
The winning team of the UK New Media Award will win a trip to the Telegraph offices, a tour of the newsroom and the chance to meet influential journalists and senior staff.
We’re expecting around 22 companies to take part in the Buckinghamshire region and the awards will be presented on 15th March 2013. Karen Pawlowska from Take One TV said, ‘It will be a real pleasure to judge the entrants; after the recent WAVE competition in High Wycombe it’s become increasing interesting to see the wealth of local talent, in fact it’s inspiring!’
